We were referred to Dean & Shanna Tucker by our realtor (Jill Giese) and were given very detailed, professional and friendly service. At our first meeting with Dean, he explained the whole process to us to include current market interest rates. Dean explained what documentation we would need to provide and how often they would need to be updated. There were no surprises along the way due to the detailed explanation that we were provided by Dean. He kept us updated and answered all of our questions immediately. Dean was there with us at closing to ensure all our needs were met and guide us through the process. He even outlined how to reduce the years of our loan by adding additional funds to the principle. He gave us multiple examples with different amounts showing us that we could take 5, 10, 15 or more years off our loan reducing the interest we would pay.
